The 3rd Transnational Project Meeting of PRO-LEARN project was conducted online on 05 November 2020. It was planned to take place in Patras, Greece, but due to COVID-19 pandemic and travelling restrictions, partners decided to meet online.
What was discussed
Partners discussed and analysed the next steps on project implementation.
Special attention was given to the pilot testing of IO1 – Electronic tool for diagnosis of cognitive processes of younger children (from 6 to 10 years old)
Discussion took place on the guidelines regarding the activities which partners will carry out, in order to implement the piloting in a correct and coherent way. The piloting phase will start in November 2020, with the recruitment of schools, teachers in primary schools and parents of children and will end in June 2021 with the final report.
Partners also discussed the development of the other project’s IOs
- IO2 – Electronic tool for diagnosis of cognitive processes and learning styles of older children (from 11 to 14 years old), will be ready at the beginning of 2021. Partners will proceed with the pilot testing of this tool after March 2021.
- IO3 – Training Toolkit for Teachers and Educators, is currently being developed. Project partners agreed on the timelines for the creation of the study material and the deadlines for the finalization of the Training Toolkit.
- IO4 – Educational Toolkit for Students, was discussed during the meeting. Final database of the exercises is ready. Partners agreed on the procedure and the timelines of the additional evaluation of the database by 2 local experts on a national level.
